Return, Refunds & Damages
Return and Refund Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items missing original packaging are subject to a restocking fee.
Non-returnable items include:
• Opened or used mattresses, pillows, bed covers, carpets, and throw pillows (All opened mattresses are not returnable)
• Items without original packaging (missing boxes)
• Used or damaged goods (items that are clearly used, have marks, or other damages)

Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement part or exchange the entire product. Please retain the original packaging, as it will be needed for any exchanges related to damage. It may take a few days for the exchange or replacement product to arrive.
If the order was for in-store pickup, please bring the damaged part or product back to the store for exchange once you receive confirmation from us that the replacement item is ready for pickup.
For home deliveries, please keep the damaged product or part, as we will collect it at the time of exchange or ask you to ship it back at no cost, and we will provide a shipping label.
If we are sold out of the damaged item, we will either provide a replacement of the same value or an item of higher value under the same product category at our discretion.
Important: Be careful when opening boxes. Avoid inserting the cutter too deeply, as it may damage the fabric. If the fabric of the furniture is cut where the box was opened, it will not be covered under our damage policy. Please be careful when opening the box.
Partial Refunds (if applicable at our discretion)
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including:
• Opened or installed products
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 - 21 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@furniturehideaway.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent once the return is processed. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
For returns, email us at support@furniturehideaway.com for further instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If there is damage to the item on arrival, a replacement part or product will be provided at no extra cost.
If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty Policy
We offer a one-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects in the structural components of our furniture. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric wear, or softening of seating.
Website vs. In-Store Purchases
Please note that our website return and refund policy may vary from in-store purchases. In-store products and prices are often part of sales and promotions.
